Figured out there are two dhcp servers in Debian 3.0. One package is
called dhcp. Thats what I installed. Thats the old one. The other is
called dhcp3-server. I installed that and changed ddns-update-style to
none and bingo. Its working. Took the whole day to figure it out. Oh
well.
