I use may Linux server this command to download any files from the web
For example
I found ltsc_core and ltsp_kernel located are located in
http://telia.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/ltsp/ltsp_core-3.0.5-0.i386.rpm
http://twtelecom.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/ltsp/ltsp_kernel-3.0.5-0.i38

many options here:
you may mount the windows partition from suse, you may
create a CD with docs, sample texts and rpm files, if
there is another computer you may transfer them over
the network, zip disk, and Im sure there are many more
ways to do it 8)
