normally, my ws's spent about 1-2 minutes for search DHCP Server,
after this loading the kernel (without tux) and wait about 5 minutes
for Running Dhclient.
Dhcpd.conf was compiled manually, because linuxconf
not work prop

You can get that error if the dhcpd isn't setup properly on your
server.
the dhclient program will attempt to get a response from the server. If
it succeeds, then
it will automatically create the dhcpd-eth0.info file and fill it with
the information
it needs.

My /etc/dhcpc and /opt/ltsp/i386/etc/dhcpc
directory is empty, where is this file?
I have the same problem with a PIII 500 Davicom 9102
and 486 hp vectra with ne2000 ISA.
