We are in the verge of expansion of our office and we have decided
to have LTSP architecture for the same .
We will be having round about 40 Thin Clients Running simultaneously
in full graphical mode .

LTSP is available as .rpm, .deb, or .tgz, so the quick answer to 'which
distribution' is that it doesn't matter. However, if you run into
