Hi, I just delved into LTSP and have achieved the following:
1) I built lbe 2) I managed to build and install a custom kernel with the required extra modules (orinoco_cs.ko & orinoco.ko) following instuctions at http://wiki.ltsp.org/twiki/bin/view/Ltsp/Build-LTSP-42 My next steps would be: 3) Adjust the script build_initramfs so that it includes also the wireless pcmcia modules. 4) tweak the init script in the initramfs.gz so that it loads the pcmcia and wireless modules and brings up the network 5) install on the laptop HD (which runs linux and lilo anyway) both the kernel and modified initramfs.gz 6) enjoy ltsp in garden I am still struggling a bit with step 3 but I feel I can solve this. My question: Is this a sensible approach? Maarten ------------------------------------------------------- Using Tomcat but need to do more? Need to support web services, security?
