My distribution (Conectiva 7.0) is currently not rely suported by LTSP I followed the porting_guide I got reasonable templates, but I must have done something wrong as I realy don't understand how xdm/kdm works. At my server the X starts and brings the KDM login srceen. I searched my server and also fund xdm. Does KDM uses/needs XDM to work ? If not, what should I have at the server to allow remote kdm requests ? And how do I setup the workstation to try a connection to KDM an not XDM that it seams to do know ?
