Hi,
If you are running RedHat or Mandrake based distro on your server, you should
use /lts/Boot/bootp/vmlinuz.all.boot and forget about the leading tftpboot. or
you can check in linuxconf what path is used to start tftp server (-s option)

did you try to put a / in front of the pathnaname?
like: 192.168.0.254:/tftpboot/lts/boot/bootp/vmlinuz.all.boot
?
I asume that the pathname itself is correct...
