Hi,
Has anyone else had problems installing V4.4 on a laptop or notebook ?
Specifics
K12ltsp V4.4.1 from tested CD & NFS server
HW
Toshiba Satellite 1800, 384 MB & 20GB HD (Works fine with k12ltsp V4.3)
IBM Thinkpad X21 384 MB & 20GB HD (Works with k12ltsp V4.3 & Knoppix
V3.7 & V4.0)
Problem
The install process starts up to selecting a timezone then a big white
screen appears and nothing else works. No terminal session no reset
nothing.
However with V4.3 there is no problem.....
HELP....
