Jon,
The linuxrc and dhclient script are part of the ltsp_initrd_kit.
That is a package you can download from the LTSP download page

You don't mean dhclient-script and rc.local do you?
In that case, they are in /opt/ltsp/i386/etc/, if you are running LTSP
3.0 that is.
