Hey there, I am trying to install LTSP 5 on Debian Sid (due to problems with LocalDevice-support on Debian Etch). After loading the kernel, it seems that some problems with the nbd-server occured: I get:
> mount: Mounting /dev/nbd0 on /rofs failed: No such device > mount: Mounting unionfs on /root failed: No such device > mount: Mounting /rofs on /root/rofs failed: Invalid argument ... > Target filesystem doesn't have /sbin/init Of course I ran ltsp-build-client and ltsp-update-image. /etc/inetd.conf shows: 9571 stream tcp nowait nobody /usr/sbin/tcpd /usr/sbin/ldminfod 9572 stream tcp nowait nobody /usr/sbin/tcpd /usr/sbin/nbdswapd 2000 stream tcp nowait nobody /usr/sbin/tcpd /usr/sbin/nbdrootd /opt/ltsp/images/i386.img I have no idea how I could fix this or what the actual problem is. Someone had this problem before but I didn't really understand the solution if there was one. http://www.mail-archive.com/ltsp-discuss@lists.sourceforge.net/msg33204.html Thanks in advance Peter Stein RBG LS von Delft LMU Munich _________________________________________________________________ Kostenlose Messenger Emoticons!
