You are missing the tftp-server package.
My rpm -qa shows this:
[root@p4 root]# rpm -qa | grep tftp
tftp-server-0.29-3
tftp-0.29-3
Install the tftp-server pkg, and then you will have the
/etc/xinetd.d/tftp file. Then, once it is installed,
make sure you enable tftp and restart xinet

tftp-0.29-3
chkconfig --list|grep tftpsimply displays the next command line
There is not file/etc/xinetd.d/tftp
How do I setup to start
