Thanks for your help.
My dhcpd.conf pbs are fixed.
Unfortunately, it was just a pbs shift.
The actual pbs is:
After booting, the workstation goes as far as starting syslogd and then
nothing!!!!
I have killed the server syslogd and restarted with -r manually ( I can't
figure out how to do it through Suse 7.1 scripts) but nothing.

I can read from the log file:

syslogd
10:24:06 surf6 syslogd started: BusyBox v0.60.1 (2001.09.28-01:12+0000)
10:24:06 surf6 devfsd[108]: Caught SIGHUP
10:24:06 surf6 devfsd[108]: read config file: "/etc/devfsd.conf"
10:24:06 surf6 init: Entering runlevel: 2
10:24:12 surf6 init: no more processes left in this runlevel

What did I miss?

p.s. Trying to open /opt/ltsp/i386/etc/syslog.conf on the server as root, I
get a the file ...... doesn't exist message.

Thanks.

Ilunga B.
