The file /tftpboot/lts/vmlinuz-2.4.18-3c905c is readable by everyone (# chmod a+r /tftpboot/lts/vmlinuz-2.4.18-3c905c) and the directories /tftpboot and /tftpboot/lts must be accessible (executable) by everyone. If your version of tftpd can run chrooted, that is, it takes the -s flag, than you should ask it to load the /lts/vmlinuz-2.4.18-3c905c file, you will not have to specify the /tftpboot directory.
