containing the data in network.img?
If anything, I'd think youd need "cat network.img > /dev/fd0" or "dd
if=network.img of=/dev/fd0"

Download the appropriate image (network.img if you want to install
off network, cdrom.img
One of the main differences between MDK 8.2 and 9.0 is KDE. Under MDK
8.2, I have to use IceWM b/c KDE (both 2.2.2 and 3.0.2) is not
stable/snappy enough for business work. Under 9.0 beta2, KDE performs
very satisfactorily.
There is something worthy of noticing. KDE (3.0) behaves much better
