I am setting up a single machine for use by children and want to filter
their internet access using dansguardian. This works fine on my home
network (where I still use ipchains) but for some reason the shorewall
firewall script does not want to redirect internet access to
dansguardian.

owner of this file, as long as I am the user, making it 777 does not
make any difference in this case.
