I have been experiencing a fairly frequent occurrence of a race
condition that appears to use swap to the death of all other processes
on my box. Does anyone have any ideas on how to track down the offending
application? I'd like to at least identify it so I can either renice
it, o

Don't know if this is a first for Hawaii, but I have successfully set
up a streaming shoutcast server on my linux install.
Help me test it out, or just tune in and listen. 32 KBPS stream.
Lag should be significantly less then mainland stations. It will also help me
test
