HI all, Previously I test lubuntu from the repo and I didn't try the installer. Today I tried it and found a serous bug. Some unicode fonts are missing. I select zh_TW locale and boot, and then, all the text cannot be displayed due to lack of fonts. So I'm not able to do anything since all text on

Thanks, I've only ever had MacOSX and Win connected via Samba, and I'm using a set of instructions for pyneighborhood that are for a an earlier release. As pcmanfm uses gvfs for the smb part, and there appears to be an elephant in the room re: the core 10.04 and samba I'd hate to start pointing

Andy, I am quite happy at CLI, in fact, when i get racked off with a GUI app, I go to CLI - However, not all people are. And we've been asked to test the GUI apps. If a GUI app fails, then we can check the CLI equivalent to see if it is the fault of the GUI app, or a bug. An easy example,
