Multi-monitor support is a long standing issue.
Here I'd like to ask everyone.
How should a muli-monior desktop bahave?
For the desktop panel:
1. one panel per monitor, configured separately
2. one panel exending to the external monitor
3. one panel staying on main monitor, no panel on the external

I set up dual monitors (a 1920x1080 DVI monitor and an old 1024x768 VGA
monitor) for Lubuntu 11.04, but one of them (the VGA) is flickering or just
blank. However, either of them works fine in a single-monitor configuration.

There is another trick that I use for my desktop, to workaround the
limitation of lxrandr :
1. Save a configuration using lxrandr => you should have a
~/.config/autostart/lxrandr-autosta

I will try GrandR and see how it works on my laptops later today/tonight.
Both are fairly new so there probably won't be any surprises. One is
running Lubuntu and the other has Peppermint Two.

Is there anyway to add "Extend Desktop" option to the ...?
I was able to find out how to do from the terminal, but it would be really
nice if it were built into the system by default. It doesn't seen like it
would be too hard to build a script that would let the user set it up
through the

That's the kick. I don't really know where we are right now, if fully
adopted or partially supported. That's why I don't know what to think about
our website.
Anyway, there's no reason for not having a good and fashion design. I'll
start a few changes
