By default LTS releases will only show upgrades for LTS releases. You can change this in the update manager preferences (software-properties). 

For the failed to fetch line it seems you have a repository (ppa) active that isn't updated or in use anymore. You can deactivate this in the same software-properties tool.

Hi guys, When I type this in terminal,

lsb_release -a

I see:
Is there a way to upgrade to the latest version (Wily)? 

Also, if I run sudo apt-get update and I get something like this:

W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/langdalepl/gvfs-mtp/ubuntu/dists/trusty/main/binary-i386/Packages  404  Not Found

....what should I do with it?
