When i reboot, the problem with minimize is returns and i have to
correct the problem handishly like above.
I think, the problem is not connected to *MY* settings, but deeply
related to Lubuntu. So, it's a bug?

I was not on my computer for a month. Back home, i upgraded what there
was new and now i encounter the following problem:
When i minimize a program it quits instead (which is annoying ;) ).
I'm underway to read all the digests of the last weeks but i did not
find anything related (yet
