Why not just use the kernel and kernel-ib packages that we built, tested
and distributed with the version of Lustre you want to use?
I was under the mistaken impression i needed to use those *and* the OFED stack.

i had voltaire on a previous system, and IIRC, there was a bug (at the time) in
the init script that caused something weird to happen where i had to hit enter
to get the script to complete. offhand, i can't quite remember what it was,
but i remember that it was specific to the voltaire init
This is an artifact of the lustre-modules RPM now having a ko2iblnd
module, which needs the OFED modules, from kernel-ib against which it
was (ko2iblnd) built.
If you are not using IB with OFED you can safely ignore these warnings.

Is there any word on where we can get the 1.6.5
Is there any word on when the IB packages might be making it up to the download
site for 1.6.5? As had been previously noted, they were missing when the rest
of 1.6.5 was pushed.
