Hell Ed and all,
apart from the number of diapasons, it is a fairly 'normal' german guitar lute built
most probably between 1910 and - say - 1940. Those with six strings seem to have been
the most common but so called "bass lutes" were popular among lute singers and players
of solo music, too.
