My personal preference is for the Edlinger scaled proportionately to 72 cm.
I have very small hands, but 68cm is too small for me.

By chance does anybody have an original or an edition with lute tablature of
the song 'Whither Runneth My Sweetheart?' from John Bartlet's 1606 book?
