Hi Ross,
You can purchase a CD-ROM of facsimile from Besancon, Bibliotheque de la
Ville directly.
You may need about 60 euros.
Followings are my right example.

Dear All,
I am currently researching Bacilly and French ornamentation. I have
Austin Caswell's English translation and the facsimile of
Bacilly's L'art de bien chanter (1668). In the original, Bacilly refers
to certain examples of ornaments in his Les trois livres dairs
(1668)
Why not just print it yourself. Dead easy.

Sorry, folks, I meant books of blank tablature (not bland tablature!)

You could have a local printer bind it.

Hello folks,
Does anyone publish bound books of blank lute tablature? Tree used to
produce such books, but it doesn't seem to do so anymore. Correct me
if I'm wrong about this.
Thanks,
You can also produce, with a minimum of effort, quite acceptable tab paper
on Micro$oft Word. (at least good enough for rough drafts, etc.)
Anybody who would like the file (formatted for 8.5x11) drop me an email.
