   containing Toccatas, Corrente, Gagliarde, Passamezzi and
                               other pieces, most of them rather unknown,
   less difficult to play than Kapsberger's, Castaldi's
                               or Piccinini's theorbo music.
   de Visée, R.        3 Suites for Theorbo, taken from de Visée's guitar
   books, transcribed and arranged for Theorbo
                               Order-no. 3965
                               de Visée's original theorbo music in
   general isn't easy to play. This edition with 3 suites,
                               originally written for baroque guitar, is
   less difficult to play, in particular for the right hand thumb.
                               Suitable for lute players which start to
   play the theorbo! Baroque guitar music suits very well to be
                               arranged for theorbo because both
   instruments have a re-entrant tuning and their melody range
                               is rather small.
