I started to look into the Alexander Technique awhile back but never got around to making an appointment after finding an instructor nearby in Annapolis. I corresponded with her in email about what was going on when I played lute and I mentioned Jacob Herringman who is a huge proponent and teacher of the AT (check his web site for more info). I also wrote Jacob and to ask him a bit about it and if he'd be willing to correspond with me about my sessions and so forth. He was amenable to that, but as I said I never got around to starting. So little time at this point in my life.
