Consarn it! Ohio State University recently changed their webmail system,
and this has been happening to messages I send to the list from the web
consistently since. (Sorry Wayne, I don't appear to have any control via
the web interface with how messages are encoded.) So here it is again with
any of the episodes: always indoors, I suppose!
