There's the old Van Eps method for guitar, which may not be what you're looking for, but you can get it here: http://www.djangobooks.com/Item/vaneps_method.

Then there's the set of "Harmonic Mechanisms for Guitar" which I believe comes in 2 or 3 books. I've looked through the first of these, and I think you'd have to be pretty dedicated to work through all three.

I have worked on some of the exercises in the earlier guitar method; many of them seem similar to chordal exercises you'd get as a beginning classical guitarist.
