Hello all,
I need to bring my theorbo (a big one) to the Berkeley Festival this
summer. Can anyone give me some advice for flying with one of these
things?
Which airlines are the most instrument friendly (within US)?
Gate check?
Pay extra for oversize luggage?
The theorbo is insured, but should I also buy extra liability
insurance from the airline?
Since I have to leave the case unlocked, and they will inspect it,
how should I pack it?
Any other tricks of the trade?
