firs of all thank you for your reply. I've modified my lwipcfg_msvc.h file
with appropriate values and now when I start the Test.exe application I
obtain these results:
Starting lwIP, loopback interface IP is 127.0.0.1
Starting lwIP, local interface IP is 192.168.1.200
