You are always welcome to switch to another distro :) For Ubuntu, we care about shipping well tested software and not causing regressions when pushing post-release updates, as a result every update has to wait at least a week in staging before it's pushed to the rest of our users. As LXC 1.0.4 is

The Ubuntu update process is designed to quickly get simple, verifiable fixes to our users. That works fine when we're pushing an update to fix a single bug, with a clear test case, small readable code diff. LXC 1.0.4 is very far from that, it's almost 80 changes, most of them without even a bug r
