I abandoned OpenVZ because I was not able to perform an NFSv2 mount
inside a container. Now it appears I may have the same problem with LXC.
Can anyone confirm if NFSv2 should work or not?
Please don't respond that I should use v3 or v4. I don't have a choice
as v2 is the only protocol provided
