Mozilla is finally correcting an error with web pages that prompt multiple

of two login prompts then suppressing any further login prompts from web

If I remember properly it's in nightly builds now and will be current
for everyone by the end of this Summer If I remember rightly version
68.0 was supposed to get this fix.
