Recently the new menu policy shows all entries, but greys
out those who are not appropriate.
However, if there's an item with subitems, then it would
be nice if the item gets greyed out when all subitems are
greyed.
For example, when no document is open, "Edit - Paste external selection -
always-update is /obscenely/ slow. Furthermore, it seems it is
impossible to safely delete items from the menus: Qt bug I believe.
I'm REALLY pissed off with Qt right now.
