In 1.3.7pre2 (on Win XP) S-C-M minimizes the application (and every other window) and crashes to the desktop (same as the Show Desktop shortcut). The LyX window is alive and well, just minimized. Didn't find this when I searched bugzilla (which proves nothing, given the number of variants on
