win 1.4.2 installer does not install ui\windefault and wintoolbars. copied from 1.4.1 ok

Dear all, The winlyx 1.4.2 installer does not install ui\windefault and wintoolbars. Lyx complained about not finding this files and couldn't start. Copying them from 1.4.1 installation ui\ directory solved the problem. jorgen

Seems to work for me in the sense that there is only a small blinking visible, if at all. The advantage would be that the user can can change Lyx.bat easily. This is also a good idea but does not work now since I have removed the console-hiding code from os_win32.C. Using your trick will result
