I was doing this
cd /Applications/lyx-2.0.4
then ./configure
I also tried ./configure with options for libraries for qt4 in the
directories that I´ve found in my machine
I i´ve got the same result
I did what you told me and read the Install macOSX, I run CPPFLAGS and
QTCORE…and i´ve go

ATM you have to install these fonts to your OS to get access to it
(QFontDatabase is not aware of the TEXMF font directory). I.e. copy
the *.otf files from
texmf-dist/fonts/o
