Thesaurus setup guide

I just tried to set up the thesaurus under LyX in Windows. However, there is a small typo in the User Guide section 6.15.1. Instead of "th_en_EN_v2.idx" and "th_en_EN_v2.dat" it should say "th_en_US_v2.idx" and "th_en_US_v2.dat" Daniel
