CMake and HAVE_HUNSPELL_CXXABI

If I compile master with cmake HAVE_HUNSPELL_CXXABI = FALSE although it should be true (and also is with autotools). In consequence I get deprecation warning for hunspell commands (which are surpassed by the above boolean). This is with external hunspell. With -DLYX_EXTERNAL_HUNSPELL:BOOL=OFF e
