One question about the paths. Why does the temporary tex file not contain the
full path to the bibtex file? It contains full path to all the included
graphics, but for the bibtex inset, only the filename.

The font issue is with the actual text in the dialogs. All the controls/widgets

When installing it over the previous 1.3.6 the configure step during setup fails
and lyx has to be closed and opended again to configure. Doing it this way gives

If you next, back from the MSYS page you get strange results.
It keeps on appending \bin. After the second entry into the page

I used the installer from http://www.lyx.org/~leeming/lyx_setup_136.exe
and it works great! Windows compatibility has imoroved by miles. Instant
preview works 100% and the math boxes seems to be completely aligned.
