Is dictionary downloading of the windows installer working on your
side? I can not get it working but I may be using the wrong version of
NSIS or dependency file...

The default formats list only includes the 16-bit Windows Metafile (WMF)
format. The attached patch adds the 32-bit Enhanced Metafile (EMF)
format, which is the replacement for WMF.
