Hello, I had the same problem some time ago, the problem has gone (partially) when switching to the right libc version of xforms, my system is a redhat 6.1 with glibc 2.1, after installing xforms 0.89 for glibc 2.1 machines everything works except the printer subdialog which crashes lyx. On Sat
