At the most basic level, it would be nice to have an option for lyx to
automatically copy any referenced file to a subfolder, e.g. figures/
of where the .lyx file is.
this is somehow similar to
http://bugzilla.lyx.org/show_bug.cgi?id=700
or maybe better solution, as images from several lyx

Hi Everyone,
This would be a nice optional feature. It would be nice to
automatically manage the connection between external figure files
(images etc) and their place in the document.
At the most basic level, it would be nice to have an option for lyx to
