3 should definitely go into 1.4.1. 1 and 2 are enhancements. The can only be regarded for 1.4.1 if the patches are not too large, I guess. 2 is small, but it is a bit intrusive. NO! It is not painful! I will re-send my updated compile instructions later today. Why didn't do it a few days
