Hi, First of all, I'd like to mention I'm no Lyx user (just never got to test it), but a maintainer of TeX Live. Recently, we got an report [1] from a Lyx user that some of his documents stopped working after upgrading from TeX Live 2009 to 2010-pretest. [1]
