Hi, I've refactored the AMS-related layout files distributed with LyX 1.5.1, also fixed some bugs in the process. Some annoying problems, like incorrect numbering of theorems within chapters, have been resolved. The changes have been done initially for LyX 1.4.3, so I consider this
