Well, I would suggest putting at the end of Customization, but before the "Printer Tutorial" chapter. Why? - TeX packages aren't *directly* related to LyX, but, like that old, dated printer tutorial, are indirectly related. So, they go at the end of the Customization doc. - The "Printer Tutorial" chapter should remain last. In fact, I'm strongly considering removing it and placing it into its own document.
