Was just glancing at the FAQ, and noticed that it says "there's probably something that can do HTML-LaTeX." Certainly we (i.e., someone who's not me) can do better than that! I'll start off with http://html2latex.sourceforge.net, but I'll bet someone searching the net carefully can do better.
