I would like to get the Bibliography included in the Table of Contents. Is
there a way to do this? Thank you.

As far as I know, the only way to do this is to enter
\addcontentsline{toc}{chapter}{Bibliography} in tex mode.

Few months ago I asked this question myself here... and I got the solution
(thanks, people).
The way to do it is to add line
\addcontents
