I have solved the problem:
if I modify the lyxrc.defaults file in the
Lyx/share/lyx directory, literate programming build-program
function doesn't works.
Now, if I copy the lyxrc.defaults files in my .lyx directory,
it works.
Maybe a bug ???

Export your text as LaTeX, run latex manually and you will have a *.toc file
containing your ToC:
myfile.

I have some difficulties to view the noweb2lyx example.
When I try view postscript, I have the following errors in
the temp dir:
noweb2lyx.nw.log
:102: unescaped << in documentation chunk
:110: unescaped << in documentation chunk
which correspond to :

I have now 160 new errors. For example:

I just installed LyX for Win32 a while ago, and I was following trying to
display DVI files using File > View DVI.
However, LyX says that there were some errors, and I really didn't
understand what was going on. I tried "latex --quiet MyFirstLaTeX.tex"
but all I got was:

Of course i can save the Lyx file as a PSf file and then use Acrobat
Distiller in Windows.
But can io do that directly from Lyx.

i suppose, you are using lyx older than 1.1.6.
